The creative brief was this: Create a campaign that will drive traffic to the website and get people to apply with a very small budget. Working with a marketing expert, we put our heads together and came up with an idea that drives traffic: a listicle. You know them as "The Top 10 Reasons Why..." and you know you usually want to click on them. I directed and in-house photoshoot using some unruly coworkers. The campaign was successful, more than triple our normal reach and the page on our website was the second most visited page for the month.
